We deliver across Europe, with free shipping available on most of our products.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is 4 to 10 business days. We do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Shipping a lamp requires special care, especially when it comes to chandeliers or wall lights. Unlike a small table lamp, these pieces need dedicated packaging and transport to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. While delivery may take a little longer than for smaller items, each order is carefully handled to guarantee the safety and integrity of your PureLumiere lamp.

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery service: All orders are delivered to the ground floor of your residence and handled by a local carrier.

• Tracking & confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number to follow your package.

• Flexible options: The carrier will contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery time slot. If you are unable to be present, you can authorize delivery to a designated location.
