What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a wide range of reliable payment methods that ensure the highest level of data and transaction protection: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, ShopPay, UnionPay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bancontact.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Purelumiere@contact.be, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that if your order has already been processed in our warehouse, we may not be able to stop the shipment.


Where do you ship and what is the estimated delivery time?

We ship to all countries within the European Union.
90% of our products are in stock, with an order processing time of up to 3 business days.
If a product is out of stock, please allow 10 business days for order processing.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder and ensure that the email address you provided is correct.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at Contact@purelumiere.be. We will assist you and provide a solution as quickly as possible.


How does the return and refund process work?

We offer a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return conditions:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In some cases, we may arrange a collection at the standard delivery cost.
