Thank You for Your Interest in PureLumiere Products and Services

We offer a 1-year warranty, extendable up to 3 years for certain products, on all minimalist lamps. This warranty applies to the most iconic collections of our brand.

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

The 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects related to materials or assembly, occurring under normal use and proper maintenance according to the instructions provided with the product. During this period, PureLumiere will repair or replace defective components at no additional cost. If necessary, the entire product may be replaced.

How Does PureLumiere Resolve the Issue?

PureLumiere will repair or replace the affected lamp free of charge, either with a brand-new product or with refurbished replacement parts. No refunds will be issued.

How Long Is the Coverage?

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase of the lamp. In the event of a replacement or repair, the warranty will apply either for the remaining original warranty period or for 1 year from the replacement date — whichever is longer.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or external conditions (e.g., power surges).

What to Do If There’s a Problem?

If the product was purchased within the European Union: please fill out our online claim form so that PureLumiere can evaluate the issue and offer the best solution. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
